volunteers. If you can make a cash contribution, we can always put that
money to good use.

to golf and

young people. We

formed in 1986

to promote the traditions

of golf and to encourge competition

and comraderie among

junior

golfers.

Valley Junior Golf Association reopened its doors January

2008 after a three

year absence.

have

gained recognition

as a Chapter of First Tee and will

become the First Tee of

Riverside County at the completion of the certification

process.

VJGA was created to educate young people about the game

of golf, the skill,

the self-

discipline, the competition and the

joy of the game. We are proud and

happy to provide golf

tournaments, instruction and life skill classes to juniors

between the ages of 6-18 years of

age. It is out hope that

the VJGA

experience is one that will last a lifetime. Over the

years we

have been thrilled

to see many of our participants

have successful golf careers in high

school,

college and even

the Pro Tours. However, we are just as proud of those who

competed and learned what golf can teach them for everyday

life. Each player

is special in

their own way. Each of them

has their own dreams and abilities

and it is our mission to

help

them reach their goals.
